Welcome to Dry Dock 6. Located @ 1 mile to Presque Isle. Enjoy a stay in a 1 bedroom [queen bed] apartment with sofa, parking, wifi, SmartTV, kitchenette, private deck.
We offer boat trailer parking upon request, and the complex has a "Public Dock" area for all guests to share for outdoor dining, grilling and yard games.

The space
This unit is a full one bedroom[queen bed], with central air The bathroom is between the living room and the bedroom, Family room has a flat screen TV large couch [non pull out sofa] and one extra cushion chair. This unit can sleep 2 great if you have more like 3 or 4 they should be small kids that can share bed, bring a small air mattress or can both sleep on sofa. Kitchen is off the family room and has room for two or three people to eat at the counter top bar, smaller style fridge and gas stove. Off the kitchen is the private deck which has two outdoor seats and a small table. The deck is great for sunning in the afternoon and private with fencing all around . The dry dock is the outside public area for all guests, it is located next to apartment eight, and has several outdoor eating tables, a gas grill, outdoor fire pit and chairs. There are some games like cornhole and yard games to play in the yard in front of apartments.

Guest access
Each guest will have exclusive access to the apartment they rent, One free parking spot but we will try to accommodate other cars or trailers as needed . We asked that guests don’t have large groups over because the dry dock is available to all of our guests. However if you’re looking for a large venue to have a family gathering or family reunion we’ve had people rent all of the units.
Many of our units have a private deck. We do not allow pets in dry dock 6 but we do in other units at our complex.

Other things to note
Please review the dry dock rules since this is a public area it is also outside of apartment eight we do have certain hours of operation so that we’re not interfering with other guests sleeping. We have always found our guest to be very respectful to others and we hope for this to continue, we also have several ring videos and cameras including security cameras on the exterior of the property in parking lot for our guest safety, We also have dust to dawn lights covering most of the units and parking lot.
Absolutely no smoking in our units. Of any kind. If smoking is found, you will be charged a large fee for the cleanup so that we can have this ready for the next guest.
We do sell firewood on site. It’s approximately $10 a bundle. You’re welcome to bring your own. We try to stock it. At times it does run out on the weekends. You can usually buy firewood at the local grocery store.

This Blue color Neighborhood just monkeys from waldameer amusement park and the beach , It was recently designated as the Presque Isle gateway area by Millcreek Township because of its proximity to the state park. Within walking distance is a wine and spirits store, A beer distributor, several bars and restaurants and gas station . Wegmans and giant eagle r both 5 minutes away .

Our family of 6 has lived in Erie for over 25 years enjoying Presque Isle whenever we can. We started our first Airbnb about 5 years ago and had so much fun with the experience that we expanded with the Dry Dock Units and keep expanding. You will see us regularly outside the units and are available via the Airbnb App during the day.
