Enjoy this lovely one-story home completely to yourselves. Three bedrooms with brand new mattresses. The master bedroom has access to a private bathroom. The living room is large and well illuminated. It has 3 smart TVs. The kitchen is equipped for cooking and lots of fridge space for groceries. A microwave and toaster are available for on-the-go meals. Big backyard with a small charcoal BBQ. It is located in a lovely family oriented community in West El Paso. Quiet and safe, close to loads of shopping areas, restaurants, banks, supermarkets and 11 minutes from downtown El Paso. UTEP is about 10 minutes away, fast access to the I-10 freeway. Walmart, Albertson's, Dillard's, Target, Michaels, Marshalls, Sam's and many more a few mins away. Santa Fe, Santa Teresa and Las Americas International Bridges are close for crossing into Mexico. The Outlets Shoppes is about 8 minutes away. 30 minutes away from Mesilla, NM and Las Cruces, NM.

The property is divided into two units. The unit you reserved will be through the RED DOOR on the left hand side of the house. Please keep in mind that there might be guests in the other unit and to be considerate with the noise. The house is completely separated with separate entrance and the only shared space is the driveway. That means that each guest has their own driveway space. Please use the left side of the driveway. There is more free parking space on the street if needed.
