Great house if you don't mind it being outdated (structure as well as furniture, linens, etc) Beautiful lake and great if you rent a boat. Immediate lake access not ideal for swimming as there are many weeds around deck. Expansive front lawn overlooking lake which is fun for outdoor games, bonfires, grilling, etc.

Nice location - Powers Lake is beautiful, and the home is exactly as described. Very spacious and fully outfitted for a comfortable stay. The back lawn is a real selling point as the yard provides a great place for kids to play. Beautiful views from the balcony make for a relaxing stay, and Rich was very helpful and always available. Interior is a bit dated, but you're there for the lake.
