Private, Self-contained Suite in the Hollywood Hills; 5 min walk to Runyon Canyon. Private Entrance/Bathroom; Queen Bed; Disney+/HBO/Netflix/Amazon Prime. Free parking spot. The suite is deep-cleaned: interior surfaces, remotes, handles, linens cleaned at high temps - we all need a bit of peace of mind these days :)

To up the value, I dropped the price to allow for LA’s Hotel Tax of 14%. I’d love to make that vanish, but in lieu of that, I wanted to help out wherever I could :)

The space
Nestled in the Hollywood Hills, you're close to it all and away from it all. You are 5 min drive from the heart of Hollywood, but also a 5 min WALK from one of the most beautiful hikes in all of Los Angeles. Also, save on parking at Universal Studios/Warner Bros Lot, they're so close that a quick Uber/Lyft will get you there quickly and spending much less.

If you have a 3rd person (eg. a child who needs their own bed), or simply want two beds for separate sleeping arrangements, simply select '3 guests' when booking, and pricing will auto-adjust. I have a fantabulous Raised (height of a regular bed) XLong Airbed (with a mattress softener for extra comfort).

Fantastically close (on foot) to the top of Runyon. Literally 4 minute drive to the heart of Hollywood. 2 minute drive to the entrance to the 101 - a great, central place to stay when exploring the greater Los Angeles area.
