Seahouse is a semi-detached four bedroom house with modern decor. the house sleeps 7 people: one super king room; one king room; one queen room; and one single room. There are beautiful wooden floors throughout the downstairs, leading out through sliding doors to a decked walled garden. The garden has views of St Ives bay and Godrevy lighthouse. There are sea views from every room at the back of the house. There is a log burner in the living room and complimentary logs are available for guests. There is a shower room downstairs and a family bathroom upstairs. The downstairs TV has BT TV in addition to Amazon Prime. The upstairs TV has Amazon Prime. There is wi-fi access throughout the house with superheats broadband, and there is also a Vodafone booster box for increased phone signal in the house.
Guests can access all parts of the house except for the garage and the loft. We would ask guests to be respectful of our neighbour if using the front lawn as half of the lawned area is his.

Guests can phone us directly if there are any problems, or alternatively contact our friend who lives nearby.
Other things to note
Our washing machine is only a year old but it has a tendency to walk about on a high spin! As such, we ask guests to set the spin at 700 when washing as this is the only setting that keeps the machine from going walkabout. Dogs are welcome at Seahouse, but we ask that they are kept downstairs off away from the carpet and beds.
We ask that people smoke outside- ashtrays are provided. Our street is part residential/part rental so we would ask that guests are respectful of the residents on the street and keep noise at an appropriate level after 11pm.
