Georgian stables have been converted into a comfortable, relaxing and characterful house, which has recently been refurbished to high standards. It is completely secluded in beautiful, unspoilt countryside but less than 20 minutes from St Andrews.

The Mill’s organic vegetable garden and orchard and the exceptional local meat, fish and produce in the East Neuk will mean that whether you choose to cook for yourselves or to let Jane treat you to her famous breakfasts and perhaps a dinner party or two, you will very much enjoy the Food from Fife!
Fully catered/B&B if required, including special dinner parties and wines.
Jane has been cooking professionally for over 30 years and is well known for the way she celebrates Fife’s wonderful local produce. She is also a qualified nutritionist and teaches Deliciously healthy cooking, so anyone wanting a gluten, dairy-free or vegetarian diet will be in for a treat! Homemade kedgeree with wonderful kippers or Abroath smokies from the Fish Shed (undyed smoked haddock, eggs and buttery rice)

PICNICS AND PACKED LUNCHES
I’m very happy to make picnic lunches for you (preferably with a couple of days notice) for the cost of the ingredients (£2-5.00) plus £3-6 per head depending on how elaborate you want to go!

If you are arriving late, or straight off the train or plane, I’m delighted to give you supper. It is easiest to chat on the phone about what you’d most like.
It will be between £10 and £15 per head for two courses depending on the cost of the ingredients.
