About this listing

MODERN FLAT IN THE VATICAN AREA
Flat of 55 mt, just near to public transit, 2 stops from the Vatican by metro, 10-15 min by foot. 30 min walking to the other sightseeings (Coliseum, Pantheon, Trevi Fountain, Spanish steps). On the way you can enjoy the narrow streets and shops and restaurants. It is central enough, in a residential and quit area. It is near to nightlife, but secluded at the same time. We are Roman experties. Ask us and we'll suggest the best way to spend your time in Rome

The space

A nice apartment of 55 mt, just renewed, the ideal solution up to 5 people, a family or a group of friends. It is composed by a big living room, a kitchenette, a bedroom and 2 bathrooms. The flat is located at the second floor of a building. There is the elevator and it is just in front of the metro station. It is excellent for who want to stay very close to the historical places, but also in a real Roman area, full of all the services you need: supermarkes, pharmacy, hairdresser, and so on.

The building has 2 entrances, one of which is just in front to the subway/train station; it is enough to cross the street!

Inside the apartment you find all you can need to spend few days in Rome.

Rome is a big city and it has a large city center. Hence, deciding where to stay can be quite confusing. The apartment is linked to all the historical places and night life ones.
You can get to Vatican by train (1 stop, 4 min), subway (2 stops) or walking (20 min), to Trevi Fountain (4 stops) and to Spanish step (5 stops) by subway. To get to the Colosseum, Pantheon you can take several buses. To Trastevere, the nicest area in Rome, you have to take the train for 3 stops. Living here you can also choose to walk to get to all the places. Moreover, choosing to use public transports you can get almost everywhere not changing transports.

Conveniently located without being in the middle of the tourism area. Easy and pleasant apartment. I stayed by myself but I would imagine a couple or a family of 3 or 4 would be equally comfortable. I loved it!

The apartment is in a fantastic location. You can get there direct by train if you land in Fiumicio Airport without the huzzle of crossing Termini. It´s right across the metro station and walkable distance to great restaurants, shops and the Vatikan. The apartment itself is very well equipped and the kitchen is simply amazing. The bed as well as the sofa bed ar every comfortable. And Massimo is a great host. Always helpful, gave us great tips on where to eat, how to get around and he helpded us organize a special lunch for my parents. When we come back to Rome, and we will, we will definitely try and stay here again

Massimo's place is both convenient and comfortable. It was great to be so close to the Metro and also to be able to walk to many places. That's helpful for a large city like Rome where there is so much to see and do. Massimo is very responsive and helpful from the beginning to the end.

We had a great stay and Massimo was a great host. The flat is cosy and clean, with plenty of space . It's in a good location, walking distance to Vatican City. The metro station is less than five minutes away and great connection into central Rome and the sights. There is also local supermarket and cafes near by which is very useful.

Very clean, nice and cozy apartment! It's located right across the street from the metro station so you can get everywhere super easily! Massimo was à perfect host: very friendly, easy to talk to and helpful! Even when we left the keys inside the apartment, he arrived in a couple of minutes and helped us very patiently! Thanks again! :) I recommend this apartment for anybody looking for a "home away from home" in this beautiful city.
