These are just a few reminder for you to help you have a pleasant experience while you are staying with us.

Please do not put any of the bedding onto the beach. Sand in the building gets trapped in the hoses and pipes of the washer and dryer and can cause damages.

Do not put any kind of string vegetables, potatoes peels, bones, eggs or anything that might cause the garbage disposal to consent. If you do expect to have a few additional guests, please contact office.

Pets are not allowed in any of the units or on the property. If a pet is seen or any evidence of a pet is found in the unit, there is a $300 per day, animal charge.

All units are considered non-smoking. IF you do smoke, please stay outside and please pick up any debris. IF there is evidence of smoking in the property there will be a fee of $250.

The homeowners association requires a 10:00 p.m. quiet time. If you are having any problems with noise from any of your neighbors please call the appropriate gatehouse and report it to security.
Guests are responsible for any damage to or missing items from the unit.

Motorcycles, All-Terrain Vehicles, Boats, Motor homes or any recreational vehicles are not allowed.

Please use the boardwalks at all times. Walking on the sand dunes can cause damage.

Please use only dura-flame logs in the fireplace (except for House 98) and make sure that the damper is open.

Lighter Fluid is not allowed for any use.

Please make sure all windows and doors are closed while operating heater.

Make sure that you have checked your unit for all your belongings: At The Dunes is not responsible for any items left in units. If any item is found we will keep it for mo more than 30 days before disposal. If you do not ask for an item to be returned to you by mail there will be a $10 service charge plus postage.

Our office is open from 9a.m. to 5p.m. daily. If you need supplies such as toiler paper part towels, laundry soap, etc. please come by and we will be mote than happy to give you some.

If you have and after hours emergency that cannot wait please call the south gatehouse and they will get in touch with one of our staff. Please remember check out is 12 noon.

Loved our stay there. Nice location with views of the ocean. The host was very welcoming and left some milk, fruits, coffee and coffee cake for us. That is very thoughtful of her as the location as the property is located in a remote area. If there is on knock, it is that the property is slightly dated (it is very well maintained though). Dated only showed its signs in the house heating system and little bit of draft you feel from the windows. Love to visit again. I can only imagine how great it would be to visit here in summer and fall.

Accurate and easy check-in process. Condo met our needs for a night. Unit was clean and mostly as described. The unit could use a bit of an update, but it was comfortable and clean so we can't complain. We enjoyed our stay and location a few short steps down to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay we were wanting to visit the coast down to Monterey and this was a good location. Spent time on the beach and had some fun. Condo was just like it was advertised. Did not get to meet Brandelia and yet she did a great job. Definitely would rent again.

This condo lived up to our expectations and surpassed them! Yes, it's in a development as a previous reviewer mentioned (i.e. it's not a lone building on an isolated beach), but the way it's set up means that when you look out the main window in the living room, you don't feel surrounded by other vacationers; the view is beautiful; sand and sun and plants (not other buildings). That advantageous layout means that you do have to walk just a short way to get to the beach itself (you don't see the ocean from the main windows), but it's really fantastic. I plan to go back. I loved everything: the condo itself, the beach, the small community nearby and the larger cities within an easy commute.

We had a fantastic experience. The home was well equipped and functional and comfortable for two families with small children. The best perks were the view and the ocean just a few steps away. The sand on the beach was divine. If you are looking for a relaxing getaway, long walks on the beach and a wonderful place for children to play, consider this! Far from the hustle bustle of the city, it truly helps unwind. Brandi was very helpful and responsive with our requests, and we felt well taken care of!!!

The condo was very nice and well kept. Had no problem with check-in and check-out and an overall nice experience. The gated community is very quiet and a good place to sit back and unwind for a weekend.

It's a nice place for a large family or two families. The kitchen is well appointed and the location is pretty spectacular. Things you need to know. first, its very clean and all appliances work extremely well, but not necessarily luxurious, more of a beach pad. Second, its within a gated community of similar condos. We got our keys/parking permit as promised upon arrival and the whole experience was very convenient and problem free.
