The whole weekend was fantastic and our guests just loved the place so much. The space and amenities were perfect for the celebration of our daughters graduation from college and birthday. Kathryn and Luke and all supporting them were gracious and helpful. Best airbnb experience to date for me!

Kathryn was such a wonderful host and this retreat center was just what we needed! The main room has a spectacular high ceiling and beautiful exposed beams, there seemed to be so many rooms and places for everyone to sleep, the back deck overlooks the mountain, and the river was so fun for everyone to swim in. The decor is very eclectic and beautiful and everything was so clean and well stocked with all amenities we needed. Kathryn was super responsive and considerate of all our needs which was a total bonus! Thank you for letting us stay there and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This place is magnificent. The photos do not do it justice. My extended family struggles to find spots big enough for our family. This place is the perfect combination of the amenities and the size of a summer camp, event facility and home. At once warm and cozy, and then again big enough to find a quiet spot (a lot of them) to be alone. For us, a farming family, we were intrigued by the green house, the cisterns, the yurt, and so much more. We visited the river many times, catching fish, playing in the woods. We wished Kathryn were there with us as we had so many questions. The wood work inside the house (it is so much more than a house) is beautiful. The art is overwhelming, especially added to the nature all around. Everywhere was something to see inside the house, something to explore outside the house. Most of my family had never done an airbnb. As their entry point, we may have set the bar too high at Kathryn's place.

great location although neighbors were a little close - this caught us by surprise but they were very nice so not a problem. breakfast provided was ample and accommodations were impressive. note - NO A.C. in the house.

Very communicative and flexible host - made my life much easier by accepting our last second request, too. Thanks Kathryn!
