This is a large attic room, with a king-size bed, in a creative and well looked after property. Brockley is perfect for arty cafes, nice bars and gorgeous parks, whilst also close enough to the excitement of the city and coolest spots in town!

The space

This is a creative space in an arty and upcoming part of town. You will be sharing our home with me and my partner, he is a musician and I am an arts therapist, we are friendly and very hospitable to guests, but will also leave you to enjoy the space privately too. There may even be times when you have the house to yourselves. You are welcome to treat the house as your own, as long as it is with respect and care. Clean towels and sheets are provided and a lovely garden for morning breakfast is available.

If you have any other questions please feel free to contact us!

Guest access

All communal areas of the house are accessible, including the garden (with herbs), living room, bathroom and kitchen. Your bedroom will be the attic room, privacy is absolutely guaranteed and assured.

Interaction with guests

Either myself or my partner will be available to greet you and help you throughout your stay, whether that's about cool places to visit, or anything house related. We are here to help.

My mum and I had an awesome time at Gonce's and Jeromes place. They helped us out as much as they could and we had some very nice relaxed talks. We felt very comfortable and had everything for a pleasant stay. Its easy to get to the city centre from their place and there are also some nice restaurants around Brockley.

This was a decent place to stay, especially for the price. It was a little farther out from the city than I expected, but train service is good and reliable so not much of an issue. The room was clean and cozy. Our host was helpful and nice.

We had a really great time The house is really nice and Cosy. The room is pretty just a little bit cold but you can use the heating so it's alright. The host were really nice. You have the train station 2minutes away and you also have a sainsbury not too far^_^ I recommanded the bus 171 only if necessary otherwise just take the train!

We had a very pleasant stay at Gonce's place. We never got to meet her in person (such a pity cos she seems awesome), but she was super quick to help us with any of our questions through texts. The bed was very comfortable and the room was big. Everything was clean, we were provided with towels, and encouraged to use the kitchen and the equipments there. Overall a superb place! Thank you Gonce!

Gonce's place is super duper nice and comfortable! It worths the price. The most comfortable B&B during my trip. Gonce was not there when I was London, but her mum did welcomed me and willing to wait for me until late night and explained everything to me nicely.
