Our farm is located on a country road close to Ithaca and Trumansburg, NY . Our chickens provide eggs and our organic gardens and maple trees provide produce for our delicious breakfasts. We are pet and child friendly. Our house is rented by the room and the price listed is per room, double occupancy. For larger groups, the whole house can be rented. Please note that this is our residence as well.

The space

Located 10 minutes from Ithaca and Trumansburg and about 20 minutes from Watkins Glen, our 1845 Greek Revival farmhouse has four large light-filled bedrooms with king, queen and twin size beds. Each room has wonderful views of the farm and the surrounding countryside. Our "family room" is two adjacent rooms with a private bath. One room has two twin beds and the other room has a queen bed. There are two more rooms in the main section of the house. One has a queen bed and the other has a king bed. Our house has been carefully renovated, keeping all the old pine floors and beautiful woodwork. The furnishings are comfortable antiques and flea markets finds. A nice farm breakfast is provided. The farmhouse is also our residence.

Guest access

Guests are welcome to help with barn chores in the morning or just visit the animals. Common areas in and around the farm are the living room and dining room, back deck, backyard, front porch and pond area.

Interaction with guests

Breakfast is included here at the farm and we serve buffet style. We offer several choices of food including our own farm eggs, fruit and vegetables from our organic garden, local yogurt, local bread, homemade granola and baked goods.

Other things to note

We are child and pet friendly. We need to know in advance if you plan to bring children or pets. We do charge for children 2 years old and up. Please note that there is a cleaning fee for pets payable at the Inn and please review our pet rules in the house rules section.

We had a wonderful weekend getaway at the Inn B Tween Farm. We traveled as a family and there was something for everyone to enjoy, including the many animals in the house and on the farm. Each morning we were pleasantly surprised by Pam's creative breakfast spreads, made from her very own farm. The location was a in a great place to access both Watkins Glen and the many falls in Ithaca. The rooms very clean and comfortable, and since it got a little chilly, Pam quickly provided us with heaters for our rooms. Pam and Joe were very friendly throughout our stay, joining us in pleasant conversation and giving us local recommendations. We highly recommended this place for animal lovers as well as those who appreciate a farm atmosphere.

This was a great little farm to stay for our week vacation in the Finger Lakes. We stayed there with our 2 1/2 year old, and Pam was very accommodating. Breakfasts are carefully prepared and there's plenty of food. Really friendly and professional hosts, a well kept house and a beautiful location - what else could you want?

If you are looking to truly experience what the region and culture has to offer, this is a fantastic place to stay. Pamela and Joe are welcoming hosts who will offer many excellent suggestions for restaurants and events and wineries. But really you want to stay here for Pamela's breakfasts! The farm fresh eggs and garden picked veggies, the hand tapped maple syrup, the delightful baked goods and homemade granola. I mean, really! There's your standard B&B, and then there's this place! You can visit the chickens who laid the eggs and pet the donkeys and horses. And then, since they are pet friendly, you can climb upstairs to the cozy skylit bedroom and cuddle up with your own pooch before falling asleep to the bullfrogs ribbiting outside your window. I mean really, it was like coming home, only so much better!

We had a fabulous stay. We stayed in 3 rooms in Pam's home - traveling to the fingerlakes for an ultra running race. Pam was amazing. The property is just as described with a beautiful small farm with sheeps, ducks and more. Fresh eggs for breaksfast, homegrown and dried herbs for farm tea, and a private pond with canoes. We had 2 children in our party and they were so comfortable in her home with her 3 adorable cats and sweetest dog. We it was a beautiful B&B and we would absolutely return!! thank you Pam.

It was accurate and spot on. Pamela is one of the best and most accommodating hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Its a bit off the regular map/hotspots but that's a GOOD thing. You have full access to the house to experience and there is plenty to do both on the farm and off.

Thanks for such a nice review. I am saving the front room for both of you on your next visit.
