Apartment well located in a safe and charming neighborhood. Walking and biking or subway facility (station is 800m away and takes no buckets at av. paulista). ATTENTION check in (3pm to 11pm) check out (11am). Many services and new high-end buildings in the surroundings. Strictly non-smoking apartment (fine for non-compliance + laundry fee) and no parking space. A/C split (room / dorm 1), portable A/C (dormitory 2). Guests may not be changed or added during the stay.
