Louisa was a great host, very communicative with fast responses and let us check out late, which was super helpful. She had the carpets cleaned the day before arrival to ensure there were no issues with allergies! So nice. Very secluded, quiet and peaceful place! The wood burni…

Thank you Angie for calling attention to the dishes. We assume when other guest have cleaned and put away the dishes on a shelf that they are indeed clean. I will have them all washed and checked on a regular basis from now on.

This mountain cabin was a real treat for my dog and I while we saw the sights in Arizona. The property is in a meadow surrounded by mountain views and every morning I woke up to elk feeding in the tall grass. The location was perfect for me to visit Page, Sedona, and Winslow and …

Beautiful, simple, serene, cozy cabin. Peaceful getaway, yet close enough (30 min/1 hr) for Flagstaff, Grand Canyon day trips, etc. We loved simply watching sunrise over Humphrey’s Peak, listening to birds, spotting elk and easy strolls through the golden prairie or into the swee…

A great little cabin in a pretty area, exceptionally well-stocked. We had a wonderful, relaxing three days here exploring Flagstaff, Walnut Canyon, and the Grand Canyon.

Beautiful home in an absolutely magic location. We were there on an extremely cold night so it was very difficult to stay warm. If we'd been more prepared or if it was a warmer season, I think it would have been perfect. Louisa is an excellent communicator and handled our concern…

Response from Louisa:
Thank you Jessica for your review, the cabin description talks about how one should be savvy with using a wood stove, and if done properly will keep you plenty warm enough. There is also a space heater that will keep you warm and a wall heater. I also have heated mattress pads. Sorry again that you did not reach out to me to help you with this, as I surely do want my guest to be cold! I would have gladly sent someone over to help you with the wood stove.

A long term healing arts professional who came to Arizona to take a workshop in Sedona, but fell in love with the Flagstaff area. THEN I discovered Parks, the promise land, "where the deer and the antelope play" literally. Oh and the elk! I have realized this serene area has heal…
