Description

The space

The first floor Green Room is a coastal cottage bedroom with two double beds and a large tiled full bath with over-sized stall shower. This room also has a private covered patio, a perfect cool spot to read on a hot summer day.

Ascend the stairs to the heart of the home- the second floor open-concept living/dining/kitchen with an attached screened porch. The cool modern coastal decor creates the perfect setting to relax after a long day at the beach or shopping the outlets. The chef's kitchen is outfitted with stainless steel appliances (side by side refrigerator, oven with glass-top range, microwave, dishwasher) granite counter-tops, and is fully stocked for cooking and entertaining. The dining table accommodates 6-8 comfortably with a separate breakfast table for four in the kitchen.

The third floor contains two spacious king-sized master suites with luxury Egyptian cotton bedding. The sun filled Navy room has a nautical theme with a soaking tub. The Surf room, with an island decor, features a private West-facing deck-- the perfect spot to catch the sunset with a glass of wine. The bathroom has custom granite double sinks and stall shower with seating for two.

The home also has a full-sized LG Washer/Dryer on the third floor. Sheets, bath and beach towels are provided.

SMOKING - Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the condo unit. You are welcome to smoke outside on ground level, but please be respectful of others and dispose of your ashes/etc. appropriately. At the end of your occupancy, the home will be inspected, and if determined the home was smoked in, you will be responsible for all extra cleaning fees including but not limited to: cleaning of carpets, upholstered furniture, drapes, and window coverings, pillows and bedding.

PETS - Pets are not permitted in rental unit under any conditions. Violation of the NO PET rule will be grounds for immediate eviction without refund.

DAMAGE DEPOSIT - A damage deposit of $200 is required. The deposit is NOT applied toward rent; however, it is fully refundable within (14) days of departure, provided the following provisions are met:
•No damage is done to unit or its contents, beyond normal wear and tear.
•No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of rents or services rendered during the stay.
•All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled dishes are placed in the dishwasher and cleaned.
•All keys are left in designated areas and the unit is left locked.
•All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
•No linens are lost or damaged.
•Check in/out occurs as scheduled.
•Parking pass is left inside the unit upon departure.

MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY – The maximum number of guests is limited to eight (8) persons.

NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE – While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. However, it may be available at an additional rate. Please inquire in advance if you would like to arrange. We do not permit bath towels or linens to be taken from the units, but we provide extra beach towels for your use. Bath towels should only be used for intended purposes.

PARKING – Parking at the unit is limited to two (2) vehicles. Additional parking is available in the overflow lot located behind Outback Steakhouse. Parking on the road or in front of other units is not permitted. A parking pass is required to park by the clubhouse and swimming pool. The parking pass is located inside the unit; leave the parking pass inside the unit upon departure. Failure to display the pass may result in towing of vehicle at renter's expense. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.

FIREPLACE – The fireplace is a non-vented propane gas log fired firebox. Do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace. Fireplaces are turned off from April 15 through October 15; they are not operational during this time of the year.

INDEMNIFY AND HOLD HARMLESS - The owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise, including but not limited to any claim or liability for personal injury or damage or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you.

ADDITIONAL RULES - As the property owner, we enforce these rules, and may evict renters or their guests when they are violated. Larger gatherings, house parties, etc., are absolutely not allowed unless approved when your booking is made. Any disturbance resulting in neighborhood complaints or police action, other illegal activities, damage to the house or property, or violation of this agreement or of rules and regulations governing the rental, will be considered sufficient cause for immediate termination of your stay, and all monies paid will be forfeited. This agreement does not create a tenancy for the vacation rental; you can be removed from the vacation rental without process of law if you do not depart at the appropriate time.

WRITTEN EXCEPTIONS – Any exceptions to the above mentioned policies must be approved in writing in advance.

Shelley was a great host. We loved her beautiful, spacious place, which was equipped with everything we needed. We were 6 ladies visiting for jazz fest and a shopping getaway for the weekend. The location was perfect!!! Plenty of outlet shopping and great restaurants in the area. I actually walked to the outlets across from the complex (the rest of the group wanted to relax). I would definitely recommend her place.

We had a terrific experience. We’re Airbnb newbies and Shelly was a terrific host. She was responsive and answered all my questions w/in 30 mins. We didn’t know what to expect, so we brought a bunch of supplies just in case. It turned out that the house was well stocked. It had a beach pass, beach gear, kitchen supplies, Netflix, etc. The location was very convenient. Everything was an easy 10 mins drive – beaches, restaurants, shops, etc. We also took advantage of the pool and club house. The house easily accommodated my family of 6. Each room had an en suite bathroom which was extremely convenient for everyone to get ready. The house was clean and bright. Everyone had an excellent time and the kids are asking to come back again soon.

We had the best weekend in Rehoboth Beach staying at Gracie's Getaway and Shelley was a wonderful host! The town house was clean, beautiful and well stocked for making a few meals. We had all our questions answered promptly and felt welcomed in the property. We would definitely stay here again!❤️

I loved staying here! The house was clean, comfortable and spacious to say the least. I never felt that I was missing anything and I particularly appreciated having beach gear available. Beach access was very quick and easy. Shelly was easy to connect with and gave me recommendations that really made my stay very enjoyable. I would stay here again for sure!

We rented the coastal luxury-Bike to Beach last minute during Christmas when the previous house we had rented fell thru due to it not being clean. Shelley was awesome in replying instantly on Christmas Eve. The home was beautiful and clean and provided everything we needed to host my husband's parents, grandma and brother for Christmas. We were able to cook Christmas dinner with everything in the kitchen. The location is great for those who like to shop, right behind all the outlets and is a short ride to the beachfront. There's also a nice little trail behind the complex which is great for a run or a walk. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better place to spend Christmas with our family.
