The space
As a native from Old San Juan, I know what it takes to make you feel at home in my charming and cozy piece of our history. Enjoy the the fresh air from the Caribbean breeze from my relaxing balcony. Our building, with a unique design and characteristics from the colonial period, was built in the 1800's.
The apartment is in the second floor (sorry, there is no elevator!) but the gorgeous stairs are wide enough and with resting space. We offer an Old San Juan experience.
My place is good for 2 people, solo adventurers, and business travelers.
Cozy studio apartment with an upper level (mezzanine) bedroom, that offer comfortable space with a queen size and dressing area.
(No sofa bed available.)
One bathroom with essentials: cleaned cotton towels, shampoo/conditioner, body wash, hand soap and hand sanitizer. Kitchen fully equipped with fridge, microwave and stove/oven. Cookware, dinnerware and even wine glasses are provided. Yes, we have beach towels too! We also feature a nice dining area, where you can relax and feel the colonial ambiance with a great view.
A balcony in Old San Juan is a unique asset. We have one:) The perfect place to chill after a full day of adventure, with a glass of wine, tea or your fave drink:)

Where you’ll be

San Juan, Puerto Rico

Old San Juan is the oldest settlement within Puerto Rico and the historic colonial section of the city of San Juan. It is a 500-year-old neighborhood originally conceived as a military stronghold. Its 7-square- block area has evolved into a charming residential and commercial district. The streets are paved with cobble stones (adoquines, a blue stone cast from furnace slag). Is a main spot for local and internal tourism and attracts many tourists, who will enjoy its abundance of shops, historic places, several “Plazas” (Squares), restaurants, open air cafes, museums, parks, gracious homes and its old beauty and architectural peculiarity. There is also a lot of great places for night life.
