You'll feel at home in this large lovely one-bedroom flat nestled in Larchmont Village. The quiet walker-friendly LA neighborhood is just blocks from Paramount Studios, a bookstore, boutiques, restaurants, and "Salt and Straw" (LA's best ice cream!).
This is a great place. It's warm, quiet, comfortable, inspiring, enchanting. I cherish my place, and I know you will, too.
Other things to note
There's plenty of street parking. Parking restrictions are Mondays and Tuesdays 9-11 a.m. (except Monday holidays).
Linens, dish towels and towels are in the built-in in the hallway. Hand towels are on the shelf in the bathroom.
If needed, there’s an inflatable bed (and a pump) in the bedroom closet. Sheets are in the built-in in the hallway.
No smoking/vaping/catching on fire (in the apartment).
It's a quiet building, so between 10:30pm and 9am please be mindful of our lovely neighbors.
No pets. Hopefully you'll meet Chips, our next door neighbor's cute little dog. She's enough for any building.
Ours is a shoe-free environment. Please enjoy your socks on the new carpet!
Cooking-wise, there are larger pans in the drawer at the bottom of the range. I’ve nested the pans so they don’t scratch each other. The cast iron pans are only for cooking vegetables. It doesn’t require soap to be cleaned, only hot water and a good scrubbing with a free-of-soap sponge.
The black plastic garbage on the left is for garbage, the one on the right is for recycling. Please recycle! Garbage bags are under the sink. Garbage pick-up day is Friday. The bins are out back, the 467 bin doesn’t have a chalk marking on the lid.
Please use coasters on coffee table and the small round tables in the living room.
Please feel free to eat whatever you’d like. Please help us keep a tidy kitchen by washing your dishes prior to your departure.
When you’re checking out, please leave the key on the coffee table.
