Please vacate by 10 am and arrivals are asked to arrive at 4pm or after. However, I am flexible re these times depending on bookings so I will let you know if these timings can be a little more relaxed.

The key is always available in the white metal box on the right to the front door. Electricity is available on a meter and quite easy to use . I make sure there is always atound £20.00 on arrival and you can top up by using the purple fob at the Post Office or Co-up to ensure you replace what has been used. This is important to TOP UP before you leave for the next arriving guests.

The Bathroom - switch on above the door for hot water on the outside. Only shower available and ONLY one cold water tap in the basin.

In Winter, the weather is obviously colder . I leave an oil filled radiator on to just to cut the chill BUT even in Winter £10.00 will last about 3 days just as an example.

Enjoy!

My husband and I thought the chalet was the best we have stayed at! It wass clean and comfortable. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine and waffles. There was loads of information both about the chalet, and places to visit . It was quiet and secluded , a beautiful place to stay. Good value for money ! We loved it! We had a problem with the DVD player which was dealt with promptly and courteously.

Just the spot for a peaceful mid-week break. Only 5 minutes in the car to wonderful sandy beaches and mountain scenery. Lucky me, 2 sunny days!

Good location, walkable to Tywyn if you need to or a short drive. However I would recommend bringing your bikes, there’s a quiet country lane and then dedicated off-road cycle paths all the way in to the centre of Tywyn. The cabin is warm and comfortable, we hardly had to bring anything with us. The chalet park is very quiet and well-kept. I didn’t get to meet Lisa unfortunately, but she was in regular contact via email and I’m sure would be quick to resolve any issues – there just weren’t any for us! The cabin now has wifi – you have to pay for it and it’s not cheap – but the signal and service was good.

Anne Elisabeth is an exceptional host and went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and more importantly gave our 2 year old daughter a treat that she wont forget! The chalet park is very quiet and peaceful with some lovely walks in the surrounding area. It was also very clean and tidy as there were obviously some permanent residents who took a lot of pride in their homes and the area. The chalet itself was very comfortable with all the home comforts you would need all provided. The beds were so comfortable that I had the best night's sleep I'd had in a long time ! In summary, I'd really recommend booking a stay here and we will definitely be visiting again in the future.

We are a family on a working farm called Pennant and Bodilan Fach where the Welsh language and Welsh culture are an important part of everyday life. The past and present are brought together as Ken Markham, my husband, is now the third generation to farm this land to be followed by our eldest son, Colin.
