Beautiful and walkable

Beechbank is a majestic home situated in Llanberis, the town of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon). With views of Yr Wyddfa and the shores of Llyn Padarn, it provides a touch of luxury alongside an abundance of outdoor activities. Offering ideal accommodation for large groups and families, with ensuite facilities in each bedroom, a spacious lounge and dining room, and an enchanting roof top terrace offering unbeatable views of Yr Wyddfa.

The space
Beechbank is a detached house with 6 ensuite bedrooms. The bedrooms sleep between 2-3 people per room. 4 of the rooms have super-king sized beds which can divide into 2 single beds. One bedroom is accessible on the ground floor.

There is a beautiful roof terrace accessible via one of the first floor bedrooms. This offers a perfect space to sit and soak up the wonderful views of Yr Wyddfa (Snowdon) and surrounding mountains.

The ground floor accommodation offers 2 lounges, a dining room, kitchen, bathroom with shower facility and utility room. The utility room includes a dryer and washing machine.

The kitchen is fully equipped with additional seating available, a modern range hob and oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer.

At the rear of the property there is ample off street carparking space. There is a garden at the front of the property with outdoor seating available, perfect for barbaques. There is an enclosed space at the side of house with access to a drying line.

Check-in days are at times dictated by availability. However we will aim to be as flexible as we can. Please feel free to ask us about check-in days that are not immediately available.

Ample recycling facilities are available outside the property and guests are asked to ensure maximum recycling is completed as there is a limited general waste service.

Guests will have sole access to the whole property and the space will not be shared with other groups.

Other things to note
Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome in the property. There is an extra charge for pets to cover additional cleaning costs. Pets must stay on the ground floor and must not sit on the furniture. Any animal related damage will incur extra costs after the stay.

There is a woodland within 20metres walk of the house which is perfect for walking dogs.

Whether it be taking on the challenge of Yr Wyddfa by foot, jumping on the mountain train, exploring the local scrambles and rock climbs, enjoying the water activities on Llyn Padarn or discovering the local Slate museum, there is plenty to amuse your group in Llanberis.

Slightly further afield you will find an abundance of amusement including Caernarfon Castle (15mins) and the local eateries (don't miss the Michelin starred restaurant Sheeps and Leeks), Anglesey's spectacular beaches and Sea Zoo, Beaumaris Castle, Sygun Copper mine (15mins) and Betws-Y-Coed offering lots of shopping and adventure rides in Zip World to name a few....
