Cozy & blue, unique A-frame shaped getaway located in Holiday Beach (Rockport). Enjoy your relaxing stay in this 2 bedroom, 2 bath coastal escape with a peaceful serenity feel. Sleeps around 6 people depending. Full kitchen set-up with a laundry room and outdoor patio. Home sits on 3 lots, so plenty of room for relaxation, outdoor fun, boat parking, RV hookup (electrical-no sewer), etc. Located near Copano Bay. Plenty of fishing areas nearby, along with Rockport beach located 10 minutes away

The space
Home contains Wi-Fi, Roku TV's for entertainment, full kitchen area with 6 seating, and a patio with a bbq pit. Home contains 3 lots with boat parking and plenty of room for outdoor activities.

Queen bedroom, bathroom, living area, kitchen, washer & dryer are all located downstairs. Upstairs, you'll find a twin and full bed, along with the 2nd full bath. Two/three air mattresses (queen and twin) are also provided.

Enjoy private seated patio space outside with plenty of yard area for entertainment or relaxation.
