Our apartment is very comfortable, has a very personalized decoration, a graceful fireplace, a private lawned of 100 m2, a terrace with barbecue in brick, all overlooking the pool and the sea. Sleeps 2 or more people (up to 4)!

The space

The apartment is set in a typical village "Almoçageme" with an atmosphere of great tranquility and contemplation.
Situated between Sintra and the Atlantic, the apartment is indicated for those who love Nature.
Overlooking the sea, situated just 1 kilometer away from the beach, the apartment has 90 sqm of inside space and a pleasant decoration. This is surrounded by 1030 sqm of gardens, lawns and porches. This includes a sports field and a football field equipped with goals, suitable for children. It includes also a large covered barbecue area, equipped with grill.
Just 10 km from Sintra, 30 km from Lisboa, 20 km from Ericeira and Mafra and 15 km from Cascais and Estoril, here you can find a great alternative to the urban lifestyle. A 5 minute walk takes you to restaurants, cafes, grocery stores and regional markets while. A 20 minute walk can take you to Adraga, voted as one of the most beautiful beaches in Europe. We invite you to hiking and biking trails in the neighborhood, or starting to explore the tracks that cut through the fields, or following pre-defined routes. The climate is very mild and helps you a lot.
This village is located 1 km away from Adraga beach and 1,5 km away from various other beaches (Guincho, Abano, Ursa, Grande, Pequena, Maçãs, Aguda, Magoito, Samarra, Vigia, S. Julião, Lizandro, Ericeira etc...). The trail can be done either by car or by foot.

Guest access

The guests have exclusive access to the apartment, as well as to the surrounding outdoor areas which includes the terrace with brick barbecue.
Other spaces, ping-pong, parking and swimming pool, are in common use to the 3 apartments that compose the property.

Interaction with guests

In the reception, located far away from the house, you can eventually find the employees that support the guests.

Other things to note

1. The accommodation is for the exclusive use of guests, with no shared indoors.
2. On the outside, it is also for the exclusive use of guests, all areas that the housing unit has, as the dining area and outdoor barbecue grills as well as various terraces equipped with garden furniture.
3. The pool area is for shared use, as well as room for ping-pong and practical car park.
4. For each guest the most aged less than 12 years, applies an additional 15 € / day in low season and 25 € / day in high season.
5. A child is accommodated at an additional cost of 5 € / day for cots, bath and high chair for children. If this equipment is not necessary, the stay will be free.
6. A child under 12 years is accommodated at an additional cost of 10 € / day.
7. Acceptance of animals is weighting target, with a surcharge of 5 € / day.
8. In accommodation, there is a laundry service at an extra payment. All the washings are included.
9. The use of fire-place is possible if the guest response to the acquisition of necessary products.
10. Smoking is not allowed inside the housing. The lodge offers outdoor spaces for this purpose.
11. The guest must leave the accommodation in the storage state in which he found it. You should also take your garbage, having at its disposal containers suitable for recycling nearby accommodation.
12. The guest is responsible for all damages caused in the accommodation unit and respective equipment.

House Rules

1. O alojamento é de uso exclusivo dos hóspedes, não havendo espaços interiores partilhados.
2. No exterior, é também de uso exclusivo dos hóspedes, todas áreas que a unidade de alojamento dispõe, como a zona de refeições ao ar livre e churrasqueiras, bem como os variados terraços equipados com mobiliário de jardim.
3. A zona da piscina é de utilização partilhada, assim como o espaço para a prática de ping-pong e o parque de automóveis.
4. Por cada hóspede a mais, com idade igual ou superior a 12 anos, aplica-se um adicional de 15€/dia em época baixa e 25€/dia em época alta.
5. Uma criança é acomodada com um custo adicional de 5€/dia, por um berço, banheira e cadeira alta para crianças. Caso este equipamento seja dispensável, a estadia será gratuita.
6. Uma criança com menos de 12 anos é acomodada com um custo adicional de 10€/dia.
7. A aceitação de animais é alvo de ponderação, havendo um custo adicional de 5€/dia.
8. No alojamento, existe serviço de lavandaria mediante um pagamento extra. Todos os produtos de lavagem estão incluídos.
9. A utilização da lareira é possível desde que o hóspede se response pela aquisição dos produtos necessários.
10. Não é permitido fumar no interior do alojamento. O alojamento dispõe de espaços exteriores para o efeito.
11. O hóspede deve deixar o alojamento no estado de arrumação em que o encontrou. Deve, também, levar o seu lixo, tendo à sua disposição contentores apropriados para a reciclagem nas proximidades do alojamento.
12. O hóspede é responsável por todos os danos que causar na unidade de alojamento e respetivo equipamento.

We had a lovely stay with Ana. The village is lovely and the beach is just a short walk away. Sintra is only a short bus drive away and is stunningly beautiful. The house is well equipped and has a lovely little pool and open fires! Thanks again Ana, you were a great host : )

En deux mots, notre séjour s'est très bien passé, à tous points de vue : maison facile à trouver avec le GPS, places de parking dans la cour, accueil très agréable (la propriétaire nous a notamment donné des conseils de visite et des plans), belle et grande maison avec petite terrasse, wi-fi très performant, etc. Bref, nous recommandons !

Es muy fácil sentirse bien en Casa Bolacha. La dueña es una muy agradable anfitriona, dispuesta a facilitar las cosas al máximo, tan atenta como discreta. La casa que utilizamos es muy agradable y tiene todo lo que uno necesita para estar a gusto, a su aire y con buenas calidades. El salón, la cocina, el baño, el dormitorio... Y a pesar de estar próxima a una carretera, está tan bien aislada que no se percibe ningún ruido. Y al llegar de vuelta a casa, uno se sorprende con un mensaje de la propietaria interesándose por si se ha hecho bien el viaje de vuelta. Finalmente, la zona está muy bien, la tienda de Almoçageme tiene las cosas básicas que uno necesita y el acceso a las playas cercanas se realiza en pocos minutos en coche. Ha sido mi primera experiencia con Airbnb. ¡No podía haber comenzado mejor!
