Beautifully furnished, Apartment No 4 has recently been renovated from top to bottom and is like new inside. Situated at the end of a dead-end street, it is one of four apartments in a character 1950s art deco building. With a beautiful park in front and a tree-lined rivulet behind, this apartment is very private and peaceful.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for cooking up a storm, with full size oven and cooktop, large fridge/freezer, microwave and dish drawer dishwasher. Not the cooking type, then take advantage of the central location and eat out in one of the many fantastic eateries that Hobart has to offer (we have a few suggestions in the apartment, to get you started!).
The bathroom has a large walk-in shower and the luxury of a heated floor. There is also a full laundry with a washer/dryer.
There are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and a walk-in wardrobe and the other with twin singles and a built in wardrobe. Great for 2 couples travelling together or for families. Or maybe have the place to yourselves, for a romantic weekend away or as a base for your business travel (a great alternative to a hotel room).
Easy walk to the city centre, historic Battery Point, Salamanca, the University and the village of Sandy Bay.
There is a lovely sunny courtyard to enjoy the outdoors. A reverse cycle air-conditioner will keep you cool in summer and warm in winter. The apartment is fully insulated and has double glazing, very important for those chilly winter nights.
A large LCD TV and DVD player, plus a selection of movies, will keep you entertained. There is free WiFi for those who like to stay connected. There is also a great children's play area in the park across the road.
This is a self-contained apartment with its own access.

The apartment is fully self-contained and all yours for the duration of your visit. We generally do not disturb you during your stay, allowing you complete privacy. However we are just a phone call away if you require anything.
