Enjoy a good night’s rest on our comfortable and supportive bed. Complete with amenities like towels, soap, shampoo and toothbrush. HI SPEED WIFI is included. Swimming pool is available for a fee. NO COOKING. Express checkin/checkout.

Shell Residences is one of the condos developed by SMDC in the area. It is the most popular as it is the closest to the Mall. Unlike other condos in the area, it is just a short walk away to the main mall. What sets this Tower apart from the other Towers is it is the shortest walk to the mall.

This condo is located at the heart of the Entertainment City of Manila. Mall of Asia and IKEA is a few minutes walk away. Ayala Malls by the Bay is a few minutes drive away. Casinos are also in close vicinity. Other nearby attractions Dreamplay, Star City Amusement Park, SMX Convention Center and Seaside Baywalk.
