The space
Welcome to "Beary Happy", a wonderful place to make lasting memories with friends or family. This cabin is located within the Coosawattee River Resort, a gated community of 5500+ acres. The spacious open floor plan make this a great cabin for friends and families looking for the perfect mountain retreat! The living area, dining area, and kitchen provide a wonderful open concept to allow all members of your party to enjoy the 55-inch Smart TV while also watching the chefs in your party perform in the kitchen. The large spacious fully equipped kitchen offers everything needed to create wonderful meals and the dining area will seat 5 with additional seating at the kitchen island. The lovely screened in porch with ceiling fans just off the dining area will be favorite place to escape to and enjoy. There is a gas grill for your enjoyment also, propane gas provided of course! This porch overlooks the back yard and fire pit and is a lovely spot to enjoy nature and it`s surroundings. While no pets are allowed inside the cabin, we invite you to enjoy the local wildlife!
All bedrooms are very spacious with 40-inch Smart TVs and offer queen beds for a great nights sleep. The Main Level provides the Master Bedroom including the Master Bath which includes a walk-in shower and garden tub. Queen Bedroom 2 & 3 and a Full Bathroom are also located on the Main Level.
Downstairs you will find Queen Bedroom 4, Full Bathroom, and the Extensive Game Room. The Game Room offers a 50-inch Smart TV, Air Hockey, Pool Table and a Ms. Pac Man game console. Take a few steps outside and you will find the hot tub!
The back yard provides a wonderful fire pit area with seating. Enjoy star gazing in front of a lovely campfire, telling ghost stories with the kids or relaxing with your favorite beverage.

This charming cabin provides the perfect escape from a hectic life. Situated just a twenty-minute drive from downtown Ellijay and thirty minutes from historic downtown Blue Ridge, it serves as an ideal base for exploring the surrounding area. Both towns exude southern charm, offering vineyards, orchards, and exciting side quests to discover.
Guest access
You will have full access to the entire cabin.
This property is located in Coosawattee River Resort, giving you access to amenities for up to 8 people at no extra cost. Enjoy the Rec Center with a heated indoor Olympic pool, fitness room, arcade, pickleball, tennis, basketball, mini golf, picnic areas, and two outdoor pools (open Memorial Day–Labor Day). Additional cards for extra guests are $65 each, contact our office for assistance. Amenities are a 2–15 minute drive from the cabin. Availability is not guaranteed, and no refunds are provided for closures.
Other things to note
All persons are to be included in the total occupancy count. Total guest occupancy count cannot exceed the stated number of occupants for each cabin
**Guests making a reservation must be at least 28 years old. By submitting their reservation they are confirming that they are 28 years old or older. No large groups under 28 years old. Maximum of 6 guests who are under 28 years old in any cabin unless pre-approved at time of booking.**

Check In 4:00 pm and Check out 10:00
Check-In and Check-Out Time:
Guest acknowledges and understands that check-in time is not earlier than 4:00 PM, and check-out time is no later than 10:00 AM on the dates agreed upon. Guest agrees that an unapproved late check-out or early check-in will be assessed an amount equal to one-half of the nightly rental fee. Housekeeping needs the time between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM to prepare for your arrival.
Cancelation Policy:
To cancel your reservation you must call and send us a request by e-mail to cancel. Each cabin listed on the Mountain Resort Cabin Rentals, LLC site is privately owned and cancellations affect the owners significantly. In the event of cancelation, the following will apply: Reservations canceled more than 30 days prior to arrival, the full deposit of $250.00 will be returned minus a cancelation fee of $100.00. (This fee covers our cost for running your card and must be charged even if you cancel on the same day you book.)
Reservations canceled 22 to 29 days of arrival, a $250.00 cancellation fee.
For reservations canceled 21 days (or less) prior to date of arrival, the guest is responsible for the amount of the booking and your card will be charged in full.
