Interaction with guests
I will be happy to assist you with local sights and places to take in. I have a menu of uniquely Eugene spots.
I should be in Eugene so I am available if you have questions during your stay.
Other things to note
Since this is situated in the middle of a vineyard, there may be one or two people working out in the vineyard during the day or morning. On occasion there will be a tractor mowing/tilling but more likely not.
Also I will be there daily to feed animals and water the garden in the summer.
Be respectful of surroundings and noise levels as my neighbors will be wanting a full nights rest. This is not a party house.
There is no smoking of anything in the house, smoking outside is fine.

I love to travel and love to have guests visit. I have a special place close to the city of Eugene. I live in the middle of a Pinot Noir vineyard, it is a small boutique vineyard, and if you're lucky there may even be some wine from the vineyard available. Some years have small harvests or is sold entirely.
My family and kitty live here part time and so decided to share this piece of paradise with more people. I love to garden and plant flowers and some fruit and veggies. The gardens are always changing it seems as I chase the weeds out. I love the to enjoy the view of the vineyard in the summer or to stargaze on a clear night. Around October and in the Spring the frogs can make quite a racket around the pond in front of the house, but we enjoy the sounds anyway. Hope you can stay and enjoy the natural surrounding beauty.
