The space

A rare opportunity to be surrounded by the Red Rocks with a private patio all to yourself and minutes from everything. Remodeled interior with modern clean and cozy furnishings. The home is approximately 500 sq. ft., with queen bed and futon couch. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishware,microwave,spices,oils,condiments and coffee maker. All personal products and cleaning products are all natural and chemical free.

Guest are welcome to the communal yard and bar B Q, and guest parking. Patio in front of unit is for your use only.

Checkout Policy
We hope you have enjoyed your stay at our home. Please note that checkout time is at 11am on the designated date of checkout.

Before you leave, we just ask a couple of favors to help our housekeeper prepare for our next guests.

•Please take all trash, including bathroom trash bags, out to the trash cans at the curb
•Please turn the heat down to 60 in the winter, and please turn Swamp cooler off in the summer.
•Please lock all doors, close all windows and curtains.
•Wash and leave dishes to dry

Access: Guest shall allow Homeowner access to the property for purposes of repair and inspection. Homeowner shall exercise this right of access in a reasonable manner.
The deposit is for security and will be used towards
i.damage to the property or furnishings;
ii.dirt or other mess requiring excessive cleaning; or
iii.any other cost incurred by Homeowner due to Guest’s stay.
If the premises appear dirty or damaged upon Check-in, Guest shall inform Homeowner immediately.

RENTAL RULES


1.Smoking is NOT allowed.
2.People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
3.Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors; Code-enforced neighborhood quiet hours are from 9:00p.m. – 8:00a.m.
4.Owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5.Keep the property and all furnishings in good order
6.Only use appliances for their intended uses
7.Pets are NOT allowed.
8.Parking:
PARKING – Parking is limited to __1__ vehicle(s). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9.Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10.Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located at the driveway.

This is a wonderful place to stay, close to everything but in a wonderfully quiet neighborhood. My husband and I stayed here on our honeymoon and we couldn't have asked for a more perfect place to stay! They have a kitchen to cook in, places to relax inside and out and a cozy bedroom with a beautiful view of the mountains right outside! Definitely look forward to coming here again as soon as we are able!

Carolyn and Elan's place was great! Great location for shopping, restaurants, and hiking trail heads in Sedona. We appreciated the kitchen and how everything was well stocked. Would definitely return again.

Breath-taking views in a nice, private space with everything I could think of (and need/want) provided for. The directions were perfect, the kitchen was a major plus (ate dinner there and saved money to enjoy massage & acupuncture), helpful guide books for hiking, the list goes on. I would definitely recommend this for anyone considering an airbnb that would like a private, quiet feel but also wants to be close to things to do/shopping/eating. It's also an easy drive down to any/all hiking spots and major trail heads, would highly recommend. It felt like home away from home!

Check in was very easy and convienent. Location was on point. Everything is only a very short car ride away. Overall, Carolyn & Elan's place was cozy and perfect for me and my significant other's vacation away from home.

We had a great time. Very close to places to eat and shop. The gate into the resort appeared to be locked the first night but was open the rest of the time. Going through the resort made everything close. Took some time to adjust the swamp cooler but we got the hang of it and the place was very comfortable.

Great little place that has everything one needs for a trip to Sedona! Located perfectly with easy access to shopping (groceries and retail) and hiking trails.

Carolyn and Elan's apartment started as our BASE CAMP to all the rock climbs around the area. We climbed Cathedral Rocks (The Original Route), Oak Creek Spire also known as the rabbit-ears spire (West Crack Route) and a few other climbs within a 20 minute drive. Nevertheless, the long hikes to reach the rock, the sometimes blazing sun and the infamous squeeze-chimneys to reach the top of our climbs took its toll. We were being bruised and batter day after day and every time we arrived at our "base camp" we notice its transformation into our home, sweet home indeed. It was cozy and we had all the amenities and comforts that all happy humans desire. Thank you for details that made a big difference. Edda and Rossano
