Lottie’s Cottage is an idyllic home located in the residential area of The Sands, just a short walk away from one of the most beautiful high streets in the Cotswolds, Broadway. Lotties’s cottage is a perfectly presented and newly renovated one-bedroom property, ideally and conveniently sourced with everything you’ll need for a perfect Cotswolds getaway. The space
This delightful home opens its patio doors onto a well-lit, enclosed garden, providing a gorgeous area to enjoy breakfast or evening drinks in the summer months.
Upstairs comprises of a spacious bathroom and a double bedroom. The kitchen is fully kitted out with supplies to suit all your self-catering needs.

Arrival & Departure
Standard - Arrival 4pm, Departure 10am but please contact me for special requests as I am very accommodating.

Bed size
King size, but can be split into 2 x 2’6 bed. (Please note I will need 48 hours notice for this)

All household linen provided.
Electric oven & hob. Fridge with small freezer compartment. Dishwasher. Washing machine. Microwave. French doors into a small private garden with table and chairs.

1 x private parking space
Smart TV. Wi-Fi access.

Children
However much I love babies and small children the property isn’t suitable . Sorry

Dogs
I am dog lover, so I welcome your furry four legged friend, however please note that this is a small property and may not be suitable for very large dogs. There is an extra charge of £20 per stay. Please contact me for any further dog related enquiries, I know a lot of lovely walks I can advise you on.
