Do not turn the AC down to the lowest temperature. Do not leave AC on if windows are open.

NOISE LEVELS
Please try to respect other tenants. Try not to make too much noise after 11 PM.

LOST KEYS
If you lose the keys to the apartment including the magnetic pass card you will be charged $100 USD for the replacement.

SHOES OFF
We would appreciate if you could remove your shoes at the front door in an effort to keep the unit clean.

WINDOWS CLOSED
Make sure you close all the windows before leaving the apartment. Heavy rain can enter the windows if left open.

REPORT DAMAGES
If anything stops working for any reason let us know right away so we can fix it.

KEEP IT CLEAN
You will notice that when you arrive the apartment is very clean. Try to leave the apartment in the same condition you found it.

Wonderful and quiet stay. Convenient, even pepper and salt, no need to bring anything although Publix at rdc of the building. Owner is nice and helped.

Hernando was an excellent host. He provided a warm welcome, showed us the essentials, asked us to contact him if we had and problems, then left us to enjoy our stay. Having the grocery store in the blg was certainly a plus.

This was an excellent and very convenient place to stay for my work in Miami. The unit is well equipped and the hosts are attentive to one's needs. Looking forward to a future stay. Having the Publix supermarket downstairs and being able to walk to area restaurants was wonderful!

Apartment was pretty much what was advertised and what we expected. Everything was in working condition (except for a broken towel rack which we reported and the host was already aware of) and overall we had a very pleasant stay. Private parking space was convenient and also nice to have a Publix right next door! However, the apartment was quite dusty when we first arrived, but the host quickly solved this issue by sending another cleaning person the following day. One issue we had was that the pool was closed throughout our stay, one day for painting, another day for no apparent reason, and we were unable to use it the entire time we were there. In general though a nice stay and the host was great, giving support in everything and staying in touch quickly.

Hernando was an excellent host. He met us in person both arriving and departing, explained in detail all of the things to know about the property, and was very responsive with any questions that came up. The apartment is beautifully decorated and very well-maintained, the location was perfect for our needs, and it was really convenient having amenities like the dedicated parking space and the adjacent supermarket. The pool (located on the same level as the unit) was an added bonus. I would highly recommend this to others looking to stay in Coral Gables.
