Secluded security building set above Victoria Street with stunning views over Kings Cross and the city skyline. Apartment is a large two level, fully air-conditioned, "townhouse-style" with kitchen, living, dining on the ground floor flowing onto a large sunny terrace through bi-fold doors. Upstairs is a large bedroom with balcony and large bathroom with built-in laundry and two person tub (cheeky!).
Secure open air parking is available at the front door

Fully equipped kitchen with oven, induction cook top, dishwasher and all utensils, flatware, stemware and equipment (all dishwasher safe) plus coffee pod machine, frother and milk in the fridge.
Dining area with extendable dining table and chairs. Lounge with entertainment system; large LCD 3D TV; A/V Receiver with Chromecast and Foxtel. Powerful reverse cycle air-conditioner heats/cools entire downstairs space. Large private terrace receives sun most of the day with Weber Q BBQ, lounge chairs and cantilevered umbrella.
Large bedroom with King Bed, plenty of pillows and quality linen. Reverse cycle air conditioning, wardrobe for guests, and private balcony with cafe dining set.
Bathroom with built-in Laundry (Front loader washer & dryer, drying rack, iron & ironing board) shower over large tub. Fresh towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand wash & moisturiser supplied.
