Welcome to our newly renovated 3-bedroom holiday home, perfect for families or groups of friends. Located close to many stunning beaches in the Bay of Lapad and a short walk to the promenade, the apartment features two queen size bedrooms, one single/queen bedroom, two bathrooms, an open living area with a bespoke kitchen, and amenities including air conditioning, TV, and wireless internet.

The space
A place perfect for family stay! In longer stays we will tidy up the apartment and change the towels every 5 days. If you want to use the BBQ, we will organize wood and brickets.

Guest access
To access the courtyard, you'll need to climb 27 wide stairs from the bottom of the street. After passing through the courtyard doors, the property entrance will be in front of you. The apartment is surrounded by a terrace that guests are free to use, with two dining areas available - one at the front and another closer to the BBQ area at the back.

Moreover, the neighborhood is very convenient with a bakery, grocery store, and cinema just across the street from the apartment. The bus stop to the Old Town is also just 20 steps away, with buses running every 15 minutes.
