This review contains a number of comments that are false, exaggerated, misleading or out of context and do not reflect the general experience of guests, as the numerous other positive reviews will testify.
This guest stayed during or just after a period of extremely heavy rainfall that is very unusual in Jerusalem (perhaps once every 3-4 years). The vast majority of Jerusalem apartment buildings leak in such conditions and this may have resulted in some small areas of peeling paint which are being rectified. There was no mould found either before or after this guest's stay. The apartment is professionally cleaned to a high standard so any mould would have been a result of the guest's failure to properly ventilate the apartment during his stay.
The claim that the water pressure in the main bathroom is so low that the faucet and shower are unusable is completely false. I stayed at the apartment immediately after this guest and used the main bathroom and the water pressure was perfectly sufficient for normal use. Water pressure is not strong in Jerusalem in general and the guest clearly has unreasonable expectations in this regard.
The bed linen is perfectly clean and in good or reasonable condition. Any suggestions that it is dirty is completely false.
The patio door locks using a pole that slots in the runners - this is far more secure than a latch.
Regarding communication, it is a two-way street and this guest did very little communication with me. He did not bother to raise his concerns with me and the first I knew about them was this misleading review.
