Since October 23, we have been renovating our beautiful townhouse with great attention to detail, which can be booked again from June 1st.
In April / May we will be on site to prepare everything for our guests.
Unfortunately, we can't show any new photos of the rooms yet. But we have had visualizations made to give you an impression of what it will look like.
Fiber optic internet, access points are available in the house and garden.

The space
As soon as you enter the spacious entrance area, you sense tradition and comfort. The first floor also features a living room with a fireplace, a dining room with an open kitchen from Nolte and Siemens electrical appliances including an induction hob, as well as access to the covered terrace and a guest WC.
The upper floor has three air-conditioned bedrooms with high-quality box-spring beds, two bathrooms, a home office workspace and access to the sun terrace.

The garden invites you to relax and you can enjoy wonderful barbecues at the covered BBQ with a view of the pool (approx. 6x3 m) and the Puig de Maria.
Alica 8 can also be used in the low season, as the house is equipped with central heating and there is a fireplace for cozy winter evenings.

Guest access
Only my guests have access to their own private pool.

Other things to note
The journey time from the airport is approx. 45 minutes. Palma is about 50 minutes away by car.
There are several doctors and pharmacies in the village. The nearest hospitals are in Alcudia and Inca (approx. 20 min. drive each).
In Puerto Pollenca there is the possibility to practise many sports. The golf course of Pollenca can be reached in approx. 8 min.
