The space

Spacious living and dining area with split system, reverse cycle air conditioner opens onto a wide balcony with outdoor table, chairs and gas BBQ to enjoy the leafy outlook.

Great view from the kitchen, spacious bedrooms both with built in robes. Bedroom 1 is a very comfy Queen size bed and Bedroom 2 is an equally comfy Double bed - both are proper mattresses so you can have a good nights sleep.

A separate internal laundry with washing machine included and indoor clothes line installed. Central bathroom with separate W/C.

We don't have many rules! On your arrival, we will give you the code to the lock box.

Our only real "house rules" are that we ask that you are quiet from 10pm each night, no smoking inside or on the balcony (preferably away from the building), additional guests are not permitted, and please leave the apartment clean and tidy, and rubbish in the bins downstairs located behind the brick round enclosure..

.. and although we love pets, we don't unfortunately host any!

Comfortable apartment in a great location. Warm and cosy during a cold week in Perth. Really nice linen. Just few minutes walk to public transport and Kings Park. Subiaco Farmers Market within walking distance. Really enjoyed our stay and would book it again.

Disappointed by communication with the host when I reported a fault at the start of our stay. After arriving at the apartment we found the heating didn't work and it was the middle of winter. The hosts didn't address the issue and just told me it did work and I was doing something wrong. With my elderly mum and one year old I had to leave the apartment and find alternate accommodation as it was too cold.

The reverse cycle air con was found to be in working order upon Tiffany's departure. There is a sensor that detects if a window or door is open and it will turn off the aircon within 3 minutes if a window or door is not closed. It is impractical and not environmentally friendly to expect the unit to be on if there is no one in the room or to function at optimum temperature if there is a window or door open. Not the easiest guest to communicate with.

Great location and neighbourhood. Very close to city and Subiaco shops and restaurants. Quiet and well maintained unit complex. Clean and good quality linens. Has a Nespresso coffee machine which is very handy. Aged kitchen and bathroom but good range of kitchenwares.

Tyson and Jana were great hosts! Everything was as mentioned in the itinerary and we thoroughly enjoyed the experience. They were prompt in answering our queries. Love the area which is easily accessible and yet away from the hustle n bustle. Cafes n Supermarkets are minutes' drive away. Most of all, we enjoyed the serenity and waking up to the birds chirping. We definitely want to come back again!

We had a great stay in Tyson & Jana's flat. It has a great location next to Kings Park and the cool coffee shops of Subiaco. The flat has everything you need for your stay. A nice appartment in a great location. Walkable to Kings Park, which was great for our family of four, and also close to some nice places to eat in Subiaco. The appartment was exactly as described and had everything we needed for our one week stay. The area felt very safe and quiet, so perfect for a family trip. We found a car to be helpful to fully explore the area, but this is only because Perth is relatively spread out.
