Very comfortable apartment in a popular neighborhood 100 meters from Principe Station and Principe Metro, 5 minutes walk from the maritime station. area served by two supermarkets, bars, bakeries, shops.
Located in an "alle Genovese" condominium with two flights of stairs. The apartment has been furnished with modern, very youthful design pieces, suitable for a couple. Climate control, fully equipped kitchen

The space
It is a very large two-room apartment, there are few that large around, 2 places in a large double bed and 2 places in a 140x190 sofa bed. The condominium is ancient, multi-ethnic like the whole center of Genoa. To get to the apartment there are small flights of stairs, short but steep in full Genoese style. Suitable and organized station for Smartworking, kitchen complete with everything, microwave, 4 burners, fridge, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, blender, cappuccino machine. The house has two smart TVs with Netflix included. Lots of gadgets to make your stay a little crazy as we like it.
