This townhouse is elegant in furnishings and spotlessly clean! The sheets and pillow cases and ALL bedding are NEW! It has all NEW appliances one needs during a stay. It is listed that there is no cable. The wifi works great and I have never had a complaint. The bluray DVD player is new as well as the TV. The bluray came without a light. This is up to the manufacturer. The garage is made for a vehicle, not an oversized suv. This is a residence, not a commercial hotel. The whole house is BRIGHT as can be with large windows in every room. If you keep the blinds and drapes closed it will certainly be dark. I noticed that your blinds were always closed. There are 2 trash cans near shrubs on the very oversized driveway for guests convenience. The shrubs are not on the driveway. If you drive into the shrubs they will certainly scratch your car. France Avenue is a major street in Edina and you can clearly see this on any map. The age of the stove is not relevant. It is a beautiful stainless steel combination that works great. Very shiny and clean! The air conditioning was not turned on due to the cool weather we experienced, except for a few days. It works fine. There are three-prong receptacles throughout on three levels. I do not control the wildlife that passes through the yard. I, however, enjoy them very much. The rates for this Elegant Townhouse are perfect. Any hotel that you rent has 1 room and 1 bathroom with furniture close to it at more than double the cost. This Elegant Townhouse is fully furnished and equipped. The hotel rates for this type of property would indeed be very high for a 2 bedroom 1-/1/2 bath with formal living and dining rooms, den, laundry room, garage, patio with bbq grill and furniture, park-like back yard and many amenities. You also received a case of spring water as a welcome gift. Perhaps you are accustomed to a hotel. Not all people can appreciate fine living spaces at a "very reasonable" cost. I have always received compliments on how beautiful and bright this Elegant Townhouse is and what a pleasure it is to stay here.
