Steve and Cat's place was the perfect place to stay during my first trip to LA. It was located right by LAX and was very easy to get to and from. I would highly recommend staying here if you get the chance, they're great!

First and foremost, Cat and Steve are the most welcoming hosts I've encountered in several AirBnb rentals. Communication was thorough and timely. I had privacy and always felt I could call on them if needed. And I needed it as I ran into a circumstance that required staying an extra day. They had the availability and made it happen easily. The guest house is beautiful, simple and comfortable. And they've obviously thought through what a guest might need, from different teas to granola bars to soap and shampoo and the most thorough info book you could want about the area restaurants and shops. Sweet place, great hosts.

Their place is super close to the LAX and also within reach of some great parts of LA. It was the perfect place to end our week long trip in California.

Steve and Cat messaged us in advance with clear instructions on entering the guest house. It was spotless and gorgeous and full of supplies, including extra sheets, towels, and snacks. Additionally, there were a bunch of resources provided such as local destinations and attractions. Parking was never an issue as the street was always available. Whenever we had a question, we would message them through Airbnb and receive a reply almost instantly. We were very lucky to have found this place, as I doubt another destination could match our experience.
