-Children's playground on the street and a number of others nearby

The space
-268m2 home on a full 760m2 site
-Large open plan kitchen, lounge, dining area with sliding doors opening to the outdoor entertainment area.
-Separate lounge
-Bedroom 1, with ensuite, is situated away from the other 3 bedrooms, perfect for family members wanting their own space. It has a super king bed.
-Bedroom 2 has a queen bed.
-Bedroom 3 has two single beds/bunk set.
-Bedroom 4 has a queen bed.
-A king single and a roll away single bed can be provided if required. We also have two floor mattresses available to cater for sports groups during AIMS games.
-The office will be locked and not for use.
-Separate bathroom and toilet (bathroom has both shower and a bath)

There are few things onsite to keep the kids entertained - a large trampoline, board games and a few toys. If that is not enough, the playground is just 6 doors away.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house with the exception of the office which will be locked. There is a carpeted double garage for your use, however, we would prefer you didn't park your cars in it. There is plenty of room for parking in the driveway.

Other things to note
Strictly no parties. This is our family home and we want to keep our neighbours happy.

This is a smoke free home. No smoking or vaping on the property please.

If you enjoy shopping, it is a 6 minute drive to Bayfair Shopping Centre or Papamoa Plaza.

For those keen on walking, the Papamoa Hills and The Mount are 10km away in opposite directions.
