The Fener-Balat quarter, Fener once the little Greece of Istanbul, Balat the Jewish area of past, is both rich in history and character which is why they have been included in the UNESCO World heritage list. Besides the history it is now becoming one of the city’s trendy design districts with cafes and small shops popping up everywhere but still retaining the international feel of its past. Why stay in the touristy area when you can live like a local and wander around this fascinating area

Your flat has own floor and locked door. There is no lift. Wooden stairs are curved going up. This is the second floor a 3 level building apartment which you would have to yourselves.

I do not live in this apartment but am close by and always available by phone/internet
