Welcome to The White Swan, located in the idyllic village of Wighill located within easy distance of York, Leeds, Wetherby and Harrogate to name a few. The village offers a quiet and peaceful place to break away, relax and charge those batteries. This country pub is the heart of the village and has been run by landlord and landlady John and Diane since 2018. Our newly converted stables comprise of 6 boutique rooms each with an EnSuite bathroom overlooking the courtyard.

The space
Blackthorn, our deluxe king family suite with sofa bed and free parking, offers guests a luxurious place to unwind with an EnSuite bathroom, smart TV, WIFI, hairdryer, armchair, kettle tea coffee etc, courtyard space with seating and all within a tranquil country setting with easy access to Yorkshires main towns/cities.

Guest access
Located at the rear of the White Swan inn, guests will have access to a free parking space, deluxe double room, courtyard with seating and the White Swan inn during opening hours.

Other things to note
Included within your stay is a continental breakfast with tea/coffee and fruit juice. A bacon or sausage sandwich or eggs on toast. There is the choice to upgrade to a cooked breakfast for a small fee. A full menu can be given on request.

We are located in the village of Wighill. Just 5 minutes from Thorpe arch trading estate, The priory and The Normans wedding venues and just a short drive from both York and Wetherby racecourse. 30 minutes will get you to York, Leeds or Harrogate centre and we are just 10 minutes from the A1. There are plenty of peaceful walking routes on our doorstep, and of course the pub is an excellent place for guests to relax dine and sleep.
