To answer you, OF COURSE there were clean towels in the kitchen and in the bathroom (in case of emergency) and toilets paper in addition but you should be more adventurous and try to open the cupboards (I give you a secret : It's very easy. You just have to catch up the handle and pull behind you). You are the one and only travelers who had this kind of problems during the stay. I'm really sorry about that and for purchasing toilets paper, i immediately get a refund of 3€50 to you by Airbnb. For the stairs, I'm surprise you were surprised about it because it's clearly written on my advertisement, there is "No Elevator" in my building. But anyway, you don't like shortly work out everyday. Some people are like that. Lastly, I'm happy you think my home is like "a second home" because I wanted to like this to my travellers and the "storage" as you said, it's just decoration and decoration in my house are...books ! But perhap's you don't like books. And read. Anyway. Maybe hotels should be more appropriate to your profil. My home have no room maid, cook and people to open the cupboards. Best regards, Karine.
