I am Michelle and after several times of my husband Martin and I visiting our family in Limousin France we fell in love with the area. So when the ideal property became available we jumped at the opportunity to buy. Jumped is a bit of an exaggeration as anyone who has bought a French property will testify, from starting our enquiries to when we actually owned the house and gîtes, it took nearly a year!
We are based in the UK. I run my own beauty therapy business from home and Martin has a full time job working in agriculture . We have two grown up daughters one who works for the National Health Service in Leeds and the other in commercial management of sports stars in London.
My sister Simone, her husband Dave and their children live in the house on the same site as the gîtes. It really is a family venture! Simone and Dave have lived in this area for 7 years, they know it very well and speak fluent French. They are your hosts, par excellence.
Nothing for you is too much trouble for them; From looking after the pool and grounds to helping and advising on what to see and do, they will try to ensure this will be your best holiday ever!
