Enjoy sounds of nature and view from our amazing treehouse nestled in the Poplar Trees surrounded by woods. Climb steep spiral staircase to a comfortable modern living area with kitchenette and another spiral staircase to a lovely bedroom with king size bed, bathroom and shower. Small living room with small couch (pull out)
Kitchenette with sink, microwave, induction cook top and toaster - small refrigerator/freezer is located in drawers under cocktail style bistro table.
Side deck located off living area.
Bedroom and bathroom are upstairs - follow spiral staircase that leads to bedroom with bathroom - and a vanity. There is a king size bed.
The entire place is filled with large windows - you have the views of the woods from almost every wall.
House has heat, ac hot water, wifi , refrigeration, induction cooktop, kuerig coffee maker
Absolutely make sure to read other details to note before booking and if your boyfriend is scared of heights bees ect do us all a favor bring a different boyfriend instead please

Entire Treehouse and surrounding outdoor areas. Guests are encouraged to hike on trail at hidden state park further down Bald Hill road - entrance next to abandoned white church - 1/4 a mile away. Please we cannot do early arrival or late departure when booking through Airbnb.
Other things to note
Steep steps and loft style bedroom.
Make sure your boyfriend is not scared of heights, bugs woods ect we have absolutely had enough of airbnb booking guest to our properties and getting inundated with messages because someone saw a bee
Please do not ask for early arrival or late departure after booking please do not try to manipulate the Airbnb hours when making the booking we’re always happy to try and accommodate so please inquire first We have a cleaning schedule that we have to maintain that keeps our properties at a five star standard.
If you make the reservation request through airbnb and do not have the airbnb app for a reservation same week most likely will get denied by the system
If you leave a terrible review over seeing a bee we will call you out on nonsense
Complain you saw a stink bug we will help you find the door to leave
If you have common sense and just need assistance for anything we absolutely can help
Understand this is not a resort
The driveway can be difficult in large vehicles rear wheel drive sports cars and snow.
Farm animals are onsite pets must be leashed
Near the woods, there are animals, bugs, and prone to brown marmorated stink bug in the early fall season.
We are a PET-FRIENDLY rental and charge a minimal pet fee. However, please note that if there is excessive pet hair left on our linens, an automatic $100 fee will be applied. We recommend not allowing your pets on the furniture or bedding. If the comforter and linens are covered in pet hair, they might need to be thrown out completely. We will do everything, we can to assist you so that this is not an issue. Responsible pet owners should have no problems—we travel everywhere with our lab
Internet, Electricity, TV, Road Conditions, Snow, Ice etc. cannot be guaranteed if there is a problem with the provider.
The reservation must match the amount of guest at any time.
-the phone number on your airbnb account must match and be correct (or include a current number directly after booking in the message thread) we must verify your number since we use an api connection to our own site
In the event of Severe wind with gust or
-speeds over 25mph or lightning upon the day of arrival guest may be relocated when possible to any Waterford Reservations properties or rescheduled. Host cannot cancel any reservation made on airbnb for weather related issues due to airbnb policy therefore Any cancellation must be done by guest.
No Exterior Loud Noise or No Gatherings or Parties of any kind, and no non-registered guests should be one the property at any time.
No candles, campfires or open flames
This rental is managed by us at Waterford Reservations LLC, when booking this property all guests acknowledge that any and all disputes, settlements etc. will soley be made with Waterford Reservations LLC, Air BNB and no others for any reason.
