You have a clean, spacious and peaceful home in a prime location. Four bedrooms with queen beds on each room, and closet space for your belongings. Two full bathrooms one with a tub, that is great for kids and the second bathroom with a stand up shower. Fully stocked kitchen for yummy homemade meals. Or you are also minutes away from the best restaurants in downtown and Old Colorado City. The spacious dinning table, that sits 6 with two additional chairs available for larger groups. A bright living room space upstairs with a 65 in TV that has access to Netflix, Hulu, prime etc. With an additional family / TV room downstairs that has a 75 in TV and an electrical year round fireplace perfect for the cozy movie nights. A laundry room with a washer and dryer that you can use and extra space for storage. Laundry room downstairs also has a coffee station. The home is two levels: First level has two bedrooms, tv/living room, workspace, one bathroom, and the laundry room. Second level has two additional bedrooms, one bathroom, kitchen, dinning room and a second living room, with the side door that takes you to the back patio.

OUTDOORS: You have free parking! one spot under a carport for one vehicle, and additional parking spot in the front easement plus a couple more street parking spots. A fully fenced private back patio space with hillside views and hanging lights to enjoy the evenings outside and let the kids and pets run around. Big plus is that You will get to meet our neighborhood deer that hang out around the house all the time. Best time to see them is early morning or in the afternoon.

LOCATION: This home is in the ideal location when visiting the city as it is walking distance to restaurants and shops or you can hop on the electrical bikes or scooters to get around easily. Close access to both major highways I-25 and 24 that takes you up to the mountains. This is the side of town everyone wants to live as you will be centrally located. Its an older neighborhood that is peaceful and great for walking around and seeing the quaint old Victorian homes down Pikes Peak Ave.

EXTRAS: Young families traveling with young children I do have bassinet, bumbo seat, baby monitor etc that I can have in the unit for you if requested.
