Guest access

You have access to the entire property including the sun-trap patio garden and its beautiful views.

Beyond the garden is a grassed area, dinghy park, slipway and jetty to which, unfortunately, access is not permitted. This is due to residents association restrictions. Guests are kindly requested to respect and adhere to this.

Interaction with guests

I won't be on site but I will be at the end of the phone throughout your stay, should you have any questions. Or if you have any questions before you book, I will be happy to answer them.

Other things to note

Out of consideration to our neighbours, no visitors are allowed during your stay.

Please note that access to the lawned area at the end of the garden, the jetty, dinghy park and slipway are strictly out of bounds due to covenants on our house deeds. Please adhere to these rules. We really want you to enjoy our property and the unbelievable views that the garden affords but we are simply not allowed to give you access to the amenity land. Please understand and respect this. Due to guests not adhering to these rules in the past and really upsetting our neighbours and friends, we have had to change our Ts & Cs in as much as failure to adhere to these rules will result in the forfeit of your safety deposit. Thank you for your understanding.
