BACKYARD AND POOL:

During the summer season (June to September), enjoy our heavenly backyard. Large in-ground pool (the small part in the pool is not a spa, but a relaxation area with the same water as the pool), dining areas, sun loungers, hammocks and outdoor fireplace with a magnificent view of the St. Lawrence River.

Note that the outdoor courtyard is shared with the four other dwellings in the building.

Please note that wood for the outdoor fireplace is not provided, you must obtain your own wood.

LAUNDRY ROOM:
You will have access to a shared laundry room with laundry soap. To get there, contact us by private message.
Please note that the laundry room is shared with the four other apartments in the building.

The apartment is equipped with a keypad for simple and secure access. The entry code will be shared with you 10 minutes before check-in, via Airbnb messaging, to ensure the safety of all guests and staff.
