Conveniently nestled beside the Paya Lebar MRT, an interchange that well-connecting the East-West Line and Circle Line, you will be staying with a traveler who has traveled to more than 30 countries. 2 small comfortable common rooms are available

The space

Feel comfy on a king-sized bed in a small common room. Inside this bedroom, there are built-in wardrobe, air-conditioner and standing fan to cool yourself, electric mosquito repellant (just in case) and air purifier (only available if there is haze which means PSI is above 50).

Guest access

The bathroom cum toilet is available on a sharing basis.

Washing of clothes is allowed as long as reasonably used but please do not treat this as a laundry hub.

Cooking is generally not permitted but if it is simple light cooking, you may help yourself to the kitchen.

In the common area, there are dining table, leather sofa, 55” full high-definition television with Smart box, radio, iPhone dock and OSIM uShape.

There is a 1.2-meter height swimming pool downstairs (available from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m.). For stay of more than a week, car park is available with prior notice as I need to liaise with the management office for entry passes. Otherwise, you may park your vehicle along Lorong 41 Geylang.

Home rule applies during your stay.

Interaction with guests

When staying with me, you are actually staying with a traveler who has stepped his feet in 32 countries in the last couple of years, excluding Malaysia and Singapore. Having said so, as much as I would love to go the extra mile, I might have other commitments, including my work and prior engagements. If there is anything that I could do to help, I would be glad to do so.

In your request to me, let me know if this is your first time to Singapore, is there anything in particular that you want to do or see in Singapore, what attracts you to Singapore and how can I make your stay better.

Other things to note

If you intend to stay more than 2 weeks, proof of residence or valid stay is required, such as permanent residence, student pass or working permit in Singapore.
