I wanted to tell you that our response rate was always within the minutes and so is with all other guests, most important during your arrival and stay. I have been reading our message history and we answered all of your questions and give you the right instructions also in person (we do this several times in the week with different guests).
The issue of you being locked in was unfortunate and we are so sorry that you missed your bus!!.
Erika has asked you to please read our recommendation instructive during the check in, where we have a paper with the important steps for self check out and the fist step in there is to check that the street door is not locked, step which you did not assure before living the keys in the house.
We did take some time to coordinate and fix the issue of you being locked in as we do not live in the building.
I am so sorry that a small detail which caused a bigger issue (you loosing your bus and causing you stress) has caused a negative memory for you of staying with us.
