The space
Swallows Barn is surrounded by mature gardens and there are beautiful views across the fields to the hills beyond.

Our house is approximately 30 metres away, with shrubs and trees affording plenty of privacy.

Parking - directly outside the barn, in the courtyard, plus plenty of space for extra vehicles if needed.

There are various seating areas outside where you can relax and enjoy drinks/meals in the quiet surroundings.

Just across the yard there is a lovely private, grassy field with mown paths for taking a stroll. Dogs can happily exercise off the lead and children let off steam! The big trampoline is popular for some bouncy fun!

Double Room with oak frame double bed and cosy goose-down duvet. Hair-dryer provided

Guest access
Guests have exclusive access to Swallows Barn and to the patio and grass area to the rear.
Access to the driveway into the property, the courtyard and the field are shared with the owners.

Other things to note
You are welcome to bring a dog with you - please message me before booking if you have more than one pet! We have a dog - a very friendly and exuberant spaniel!

Please note that the bathroom is downstairs.

Also, please note that you walk through the twin room to reach the double bedroom.
