Our newly refurbished Tramway House is located in the heart of Stratford-Upon-Avon. With a riverside location, the views from our cottage are really unbeatable!

With two en-suite bedrooms, featuring either twin or king-sized beds, our cottage is perfect for friends and family alike.

Cook up a storm with our full kitchen facilities or relax in your private courtyard garden!

Staying for a week or more? Don't worry, we have you covered with a washing machine too!

The space
Tramway House is a modern two-bedroom cottage located on the river Avon. It comprises an open plan downstairs living space, with a kitchen diner, featuring a dining table and breakfast bar. Built in kitchen facilities, means you can relax at home cooking for your family and friends.

Upstairs you will find two good sized bedrooms, both offering en-suite facilities. The master bedroom has a walk-in shower room, whilst the second bedroom offers a shower over a bath.

Both rooms can either be set as twin beds or as king-sized beds too.

To the rear of the house you will find a private courtyard space which is a perfect space for you to relax with a good book.

Guest access
You will have full access to the house for the duration of your stay. This isn't a shared space.
If you need anything from the team, we are based at Cox's Yard, just next door.
