Neighbourhood highlights

The building is in the cute Quinta Camacho neighborhood. A famous neighborhood because many of its constructions are architectural heritage of the city. It is a neighborhood where there are very good restaurants and cafes.

The building is above Avenida Caracas one block from Calle 72. This is an area with a large influx of people throughout the day as it is a way that connects directly with the financial sector. I recommend leaving the building on 70th Street, a quiet area full of nice cafes.

The apartment is very well located inside the building as it is on the opposite end of the Avenida. Thanks to this location, the main bedroom overlooks the oriental hills (:

Three blocks from the building is a United Nations headquarters and two embassies.

Supermercados: Carulla, a place where you will find imported and premium products. It is 6 minutes walk; Olimpica, a place where you find a wide variety of products. It is a three minute walk; D1, a supermarket with low prices and a variety of products. It's a 4 minute walk.

Pharmacy: Olympic, in the supermarket there is a pharmacy. Cruz Verde, right on the corner of the building there is another pharmacy.
