If you are using my home to "host" drinking parties, weddings, events, or inviting unregistered guests without paying the additional guest fee, your not welcome. Your contract will detail that you are requiredto pay for additional quests on the property. If your going to have an event, that is a different contract through an insured 3 party. Breaking that contract and destroying my property, then following up to complain your breach of the rental contact allows to post a negative review? If your renting my home because your friends tear your home up when they get drunk, your not welcome. Lets start with " if your renting my home to host a large drinking party with non-registered guest , overload and destroy my property your not welcome. I"m a little shocked about the review, after this guest left a 2,000 dollar flat screen TV, laying shattered on the floor. . My staff attempted to meet this client at the home, but they would not answer the front door for my staff. We made an exception for this client to rent for 2 and not the minimum of 3, due to the fact he was in off season dates. Off season in the mountains means we are just coming out Winter and you pay less for the conditions. In renting our home renting home, if it means you expect your off season stay to be Summer like , can't do that. People like this ruin it for everyone we have guest coming next week and doing repairs from the damage this client caused. Winter weather conditions in the Sierra's were in play so the outside very much looked like Winter. Morning were below freezing, so outside conditions during our Winter weather are rough. We do our best AFTER storms to clean up. The weekend in question was sub 30 at night and very cool during the day. We have a pool service company who maintains the pool. The filter had broken during normal cleaning, early season stuff. I sent a truck the same day 60 miles to another city and purchased a new one. Spa was ready by AM Saturday, but since the client would not open the door we could not tell them. The pool was not ready until the next morning, but god help anyone swimming at 30 degrees. Oven is functional and not even sure what he is talking about. Grills are functional, but we will inspect prior to rental. . No call or complaint about TV, that would have been a 20 min fix online.
Yes the lake is private, I have court records showing prosecution of trespassers. It is not public, my neighbor has a lodge barn, not a home, lol. The client used the wrong entrance road, I can only assume. Use Quail Ridge road to 7 hills, to Courtney, it's county maintained, ask any questions you might have, or read other reviews
